Sauté Pan

Sautéing requires even heat distribution over a large surface area, making Falk cookware a natural choice. The aluminium copper core distributes heat very well and retains it better. The purpose of a saute pan is to have a maximum heating surface in relation to the height of its straight sides. The higher sides of a sauté pan serve to retain moisture during the higher-temperature cooking process of the average sauté pan, while also reducing the chances of spillage if the pan is shaken, as is often the case during sautéing. This handy kitchen tool is finished with a long handle in brushed stainless steel. Thanks to this hollow handle, the pan weighs less, yet is perfectly balanced and comfortable in the hand, making sautéing even easier.
