Our most modern lrondeau pan has a new copper/alumium core that ensures even heat distribution, allowing you to control the temperature more precisely and is lighter than classic copper pans. Like many of our versatile pans, this rondeau can handle a wide range of tasks with ease. With its low sides and wide base, it facilitates browning meat while still retaining moisture. The two oven-proof brushed stainless steel handles make transferring the pan from hob to oven to table safe and easy. You can roast or braise meat on the hob and then add a lid to slow cook your dish in the oven. Braising, slow cooking, poaching, stewing and browning are just a few of the cooking methods that make this such a practical, versatile cooking pot. Our rondeau has an easy-care brushed finish exclusive to Falk products.
