The durable, cast iron handle finishes our jam pot with the same rustic beauty that confectioners have enjoyed for centuries. Thanks to the very latest technology, a 0.5mm magnetic chrome steel is applied to the copper bottom, so this Fusion range also works directly on any induction cooker.
