Falk has patented the process of permanently bonding the hygienic stainless-steel lining to the solid copper body. Our copper frying pan possesses a brand new designed hollow stainless steel handle that reduces the weight of the pan, stays cold and requires no maintance. Thanks to the very latest technology, a 0.5mm magnetic chrome steel has been applied to the copper base, so this new range also works directly on any induction hob.
