The FALK Bimetal
Copper is the best metallic conductor apart from silver, which explains why electricity cables are made of copper. Copper is also excellent for maintaining heat, so that meals stay warm in solid copper pans.
The bimetal of Falk Culinair consists of heavy copper plate on which a 200 micron (0,2mm) fine layer of stainless steel is anchored using a pressure of 850 tons/cm². The resulting metallic “intercristalline” connection comes with an unlimited guarantee.
The sturdy handles are made of indestructible cast iron and are ergonomically designed for easy handling. In a copper pan the temperature of the bottom and the sides are spread constantly.
